Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of restandrisepet.com (the "Site") and purchases from Hustler Mania LLC ("Rest & Rise", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and shipping area

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, including dimensions and weight capacities. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Always choose a size suitable for your dog and follow the product instructions. Supervise your pet when introducing a new product.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The total including shipping (and sales tax, where applicable) is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item becomes unavailable or we suspect fraud.

Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our return policy or required by law, products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site, including text, images and the Rest & Rise name, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted.
