Can I return it?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@restandrisepet.com with your order number; we reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label or the return address. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer (if you use the prepaid label we provide, its cost is deducted from your refund). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
